Early Life
Born Lindsey Troy Hale on December 13th, 1981 to Harold and Kendra Hale. He has a younger sister and no other siblings. Growing up in Philadelphia, his family was financially secure since both of his parents worked a lot. His parents often worked opposite shifts so one of them was always home with their children. Lindsey grew up fast and grew up independent since his parents weren't really around that much. He took care of his younger sister and pretty much helped raise her from the time he was seven years old when she was born right up to now since he's incredibly protective of her. His childhood as a whole was mostly 'bought happiness' so to speak and he grew up thinking the way to happiness was through material possessions, buying and paying for happiness and just over all having a sense of worth through how much you were financially worth rather than morally worth. This pretty much spawned from his lack of parental figures because they were always working.
Lindsey knew about his sexuality from the time he was thirteen or so. He was always more attracted to men than women. He always saw women in the role of that 'sisterly' thing because of his younger sister and just couldn't get into the idea of dating a female because of that. It didn't really 'fuck him over' or 'turn him off' from dating a female he just couldn't put himself in the position of dating someone's 'daughter' or 'sister' because of the relationship he had with little sister. It never phased him though since he knew what he was comfortable with and what he wasn't. He never really had the desire to explore heterosexuality and he still doesn't. However these days he's more willing to just explore the sexuality between himself and a woman if he truly gets bored enough to do so.
It took him until he was nineteen to come out to his parents. His parents, both being highly conservative, were always his biggest critics growing up. He didn't really date in high school and while it raised questions, his family never suspected he was gay. He never believed in covering it up so he just didn't bother dating girls to 'hide' his sexuality. He never bothered with relationships, period. When he finally did open up and came out, his father told him "no son of mine is going to be a queer". Lindsey's answer was driven on pure reaction and he punched his father in the face as a result. Lindsey was floored by his father's reaction but at the same time knew he shouldn't have been surprised. He just left, and his relationship with his parents has been strained ever since.
To The Current
Lindsey has a bachelor's degree in business management from Philadelphia University. His father paid for his schooling despite the falling out they had on the condition that Lindsey wouldn't "flaunt his sexuality". To the untrained eye, even today? Lindsey could pass as a straight man. He never flaunted his sexuality to begin with, he never felt the need to. But he never denies the fact that he is a homosexual. He embraces that. While in college Lindsey got into the club scene, got into drinking heavily and smoking and also established an addiction to Amphetamine (Speed) and marijuana. He also dibbled into MDMA (Ecstasy) which he still occasionally does. While he was in college he started working on the blueprint and business plan for a revolutionary club that he envisioned. Something fresh, something unique, and something big.
Overdrive was born in 2003. 22 year old Lindsey Hale at the helm. He co-owned the club with one of his fraternity brothers, Jonathan Rogers. In 2004, however, Lindsey bought out Jonathan's share after Jonathan wished to part ways from the club because he had a change of heart. Since 2004 Lindsey has been sole owner of Overdrive. Overdrive is a nightclub in Philadelphia, a very trance club. Most would say it's a 'gay club' but Lindsey doesn't confine it to such a stereotype. There's an exclusive membership to the club called the "key club". There's three levels to said exclusive membership, as well. Gold, Platinum and Diamond status. Gold membership grants you VIP access and a 300 dollar tab. Platinum offers VIP access, 500 dollar tab, as well as invites to private parties hosted by Lindsey himself. Diamond status offers VIP access, a 1000 tab, invites to private parties as well as an exclusive card that grants you access to 'Ecstasy Lounge', an otherwise illegal backroom that promotes open sex, amongst other lewd acts that are otherwise forbidden in night clubs. Lindsey often spent many nights partying with people who went to the club, most having no idea who he was unless they went to the club often. He enjoyed being able to interact under the radar unless otherwise wanting to flaunt his name.
He opened a second club, exactly like Overdrive in West Chester, Pennsylvania called Club Eden. When he opened Club Eden in West Chester in 2008, he moved to West Chester to be closer to his new 'brain child' project. Up until the success of Overdrive, Lindsey had been living off help from his family who, mainly were paying him off to keep his sexuality under wraps. His father being a big name lawyer in the greater Philadelphia area, didn't want his reputation ruined by having a 'faggot son'. To this day Lindsey has issues with trust and acceptance because of his family. Lindsey still is a very avid fan of the club scene and he lives it every single day of his life. He still doesn't do relationships, is a very one-night-stand type of personality or a friends-with-benefits type but to throw a title on it, he pretty much refuses.
Lindsey is currently in the working of another club in West Chester that's set for open in 2010 called Rebel Yell. It's a far cry from Overdrive or Club Eden since it's a more rocker-edge inspired club feel. Lindsey lives in a penthouse apartment in West Chester near his nightclub, where he spends the majority of his time even if he's not working or hosting any sort of event. He bar tends, but that's only because he's highly familiar with alcohol and drinks since he drinks like a fish. Is the kind of guy who'd do anything for a real friend, but has a relatively cold, somewhat distant outer shell the majority of the time. Somewhat brash and cocky, mouthy, and just has days where he's generally unpleasant. But that's just anyone, really. He's also a very touchy-feely sort of person where he kisses friends (girls alike, but he obviously would much rather kiss a guy), and just in general is a gropey individual. He's highly sexual and doesn't make any means of hiding that anymore.

→ Favorite drinks include any whiskey, Jameson and Jack Daniels especially. He also likes shots like blow jobs. That tends to go all ways around, though.

→ Turn ons include but are not limited to ; over all "cute" look in his boys, he likes them short and just generally cute. Dark hair is another plus but he's enjoyed a blonde now and again. He generally is attracted to men total opposite of himself, since he hates the idea of 'looking in a mirror' when he's involved with someone even if just sexually.
→ His biggest turn off is general stupidity and closed minded attitudes. He absolutely hates people like that and finds some sort of sick pleasure in telling these type of people off.
→ Is a very articulate individual and even now continues to educate himself daily to keep himself ahead of the game, not just in business but in his life as a whole. He can't stand people who just let themselves be inferior, that bugs him.
→ To this day he still feels that his own personal worth is measured in figures rather than morals. That's not his fault just from the childhood he had.
→ There's a lot to know but whether he lets a person get to know the real him is the next thing. He's picky, and has huge trust and acceptance issues as mentioned. But if you can get him to trust you, breaking that trust would be your own suicide, in a manner of speaking, since he'd basically excommunicate a person quicker than he let them in.
